At Drop Dead, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and intimate apparel are final sale to maintain exclusivity and hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
